This is a NGC PF64 that I just picked up the other day. This is BY FAR the centerpiece of my whole collection. I'm no expert grader but I too would have guessed a 65. With a mintage of 5,728 AND being a Walking Liberty I just couldn't resist. Since it's a proof, it's likely that most of the 5,728 still exist today so I don't know that it would be considered rare. Still seems like a fairly under appreciated series. I would take this over most mint state business strikes. I appreciate the compliments on the coin.. I was very excited to get it!
