There are quite a few nicks and a curved nick/damage on the bottom right of the 9.
Just checking is this a Type 1?

That looks like a DP9 #1. Check Dr. Haxbys's website (vickycents.com) and compare your coin to variety PC59-262.
Obverse 26 + Reverse F2a. You should be able to confirm it with die cracks listed for those dies.

Yes PC59-262 is exactly how it looks! It is in a slightly earlier state than "State 2" Listed on the site. Maybe State 1.8

Yep, a DP#1. You should have a D/C going through the right arm of the T in Victoria and another on the reverse at about 6:00 from the leaf to the denticle.

Thats so weird, I uploaded it and it showed up as two obverse pictures and one closeup... now its showing one reverse and a closeup... oh well
