If you are an ANA member and you renew for 3 years they will send you a special label NGC MS-69 silver dollar (2016) for free.
or donate $150.00

If you donate $500.00 you will get a MS70 2016 ASE.
I took advantage of the 3 year renewal (gold membership).

Limited editions - 2500 MS69s and 250 MS70s.

You also can 'earn' the MS70 for a new / upgrade Life Membership...

These appear to be in addition to the 500 MS69s unique to the recent ANA show.

In your experience, how do these types of slabs usually fair in the aftermarket say 5-10yrs later B? Are they as highly collected as say true samples? I'm thinking future value could be in the $100-150 range for the 69's, no?... Can't even guesstimate the 70's though, maybe in the $300 range? Whatcha think Burton?

Nobody knows. The label explosion (which I'm not a fan of) didn't really start until around 2014.

For example, https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.PCGS.com/labels/ which shows that the PCGS page went live June 2014.

At least with the ANA labels you have some idea of the populations, with most of the special labels there's no clue. But if there are even 250 people who care (let alone 2500)...

Sample Slabs
Including Sample, Promotional, Club, Show, Luncheon, Novelty, and Young Numismatist Coin and Currency Holders
By David Schwager
SampleSlabBook.com

The 1st edition documents "32 services, 445 pages, 580 types, 600+ pics.", It's sold out in print, the .pdf version is still available - and some copies were/are resold on ebay.

David is working on the 2nd edition to be out in September, with over 700 planned types. But, since he actually has to do the work, I (and his other contributors) are cut off from submitting MORE material) for the 2nd edition. The ANA slabs would be 3rd edition material.

Not at this point, I'm not even sure David will do a 3rd edition... it's easy for me and the others to feed him new discoveries, but he has to do the work and deal with printing and marketing and such. But I can hope...

Appreciate it... I'll start a new document (I have a cloud folder shared with David for 'stuff').
