Anyone know os seen this type of error
before ?. I have not and can't find a
reference anywhere.
The damage seems to be inline with the intials

Looks like a Cud to me but without better pics I really can't tell...nor am I any type of expert on errors or varieties. I would suggest if you took it out of the flip and took better close ups someone who knows more than I (which is just about anyone) will chime in

"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Still not the best. The "bump" sits about
1-1.5 mm off the coins surface. going to try with
Dig. Micro.

some thing else looks different to on this coin. the number 7 looks different on the date. its look thinner than normal plus slightly curved. I know that the Canadian dime. it has a curve 7 never seen it on a nickle or is it just my eyes. you should check that. nice coin good pics.
