Yeah so this coin is so shiny. It's nothing like I've ever seen, even on proof coins. I think I may have found a proof, but I don't know it's way beyond what I'm used to seeing in terms of mirror reflection. It's a light orange color. I've found other proof coins in circulation before and this coin is just so shiny.

Anyways I looked the pillar

and what's wrong? It looks like it's broken. I don't think this is PMD it's like a perfect wedge that doesn't extend past the pillar like it was minted this way. What do you guys think? Also do you think it's a proof coin?

I would say it is PSD. As to it being proof a whole pic shot would help.

The pillar is affected by a bagmark but it not possible to comment on proof vs. business strike status without pictures of the whole coin.
