Obviously the Pegasus is most closely associated with Corinth, so that is an area for research but Bargylia (Caria) produced coins with Pegasus and Stag - so that is worth looking into also.
It looks like there is a cross above the horse/stag on the reverse which may either offer a clue or set a spanner in the works.
