Looks like a doubled eyelid but I can't find a match on coppercoins, doubleddie or varietyvista... any ideas?

I checked out 017 but the mint mark location doesn't look like a match. Not sure about the forehead... maybe machine doubled?

I can't see a crack above the "O" or any thing on the coin that may be considered a marker

I think they're both gouges but I've been wrong many times.

Well it isn't 017 DDO. The mint mark location is not correct. So it might be a new listing? Possible RPM also. So it might be a double variety.
