Getting a second/third opinion:
For me it looks like doubling on liberty.

I didn't notice the doubling on IN GOD until after I started to upload the picture.
Thoughts?

Looks like a worn die to me rainman-note the doubling/deteriation is towards the rim

Die Deterioration is noticed on the devices sides facing the rim. Tops on motto, right side on dates and left sides of the devices on LIBERTY. Look like this and that is what I'm seeing on your coin.
