The coin is listed as KM 2153 and mentioned as RARE without value indication in Krause catalog. The date is 1819 and the Mint Mark is E

GILADZUC - Hello and welcome.

Whenever I see a rarity such as this one, I tend to be very suspicious that it may be an alteration or a copy. Perhaps that is just my paranoia showing, but the Karlsburg E mint mark is a VERY rare item that could be crafted from a much less valuable Vienna A mint strike of the same date.

I also was just a bit bothered by the state of preservation of the two sides of the coin. I know that some recent Chinese pressure cast copies have mated different sides of coins that had different levels of wear. That way they can make "rare" matings from two common coins but the wear level gives them away. I know differential wear can happen but.......

You should post much larger pics, especially a sharp close-up of the mint mark and date.
