I know what I'd do. I'd go get something that magnifies these coins big enough for a human being with grama eyesight to see. My biggest is a 20x and I think I have permanent "squinty-eye/one-eye-shut-itis." I have a couple that look like the mintmark is just a blob; can't figure it out. That's what I'd do with my free $100.

I think a 1908-S is a brilliant idea for that money.

I have been roll searching for about 3 months now and I have a RedBook and plenty of supllies like 2x2's and a magnifing glass so I bought a Dansco #7100 Lincoln album and have been busy filling it up. I also bought a box of pennies and went through those. I have a complete set of memorials and am still working on the Wheat cents. I am leaning toward purchasing a 1924D Wheatie for the collection and have been wathcing the prices on ebay to see what condition goes for what price. Thanks for the advise and I will post the '24D when I get it.

I would say use that whole 100 dollars towards just one coin. Get the most expensive ones you can afford first, because the cheaper ones will always be cheaper than the expensive ones. For 100 bucks you should be able to find a nice 1921 Peace dollar. That is what I paid for mine and I am happy with the buy.
