Based on what I can see on my small tablet I would say vf30 + corrosion issues and likely a cleaning.
Nice design on these, an equal or slightly higher grade, problem free version would set you back $25-$30

Nice obverse fields.
Environmental damage (corrosion) on the reverse.
Technical grade is XF 40, net is VF 30.
I am unable to ascertain the specific Courteau variety
from the current photos.
