My opinion of the marks above the date is that they are most likely Die Polish Lines.

Not quite sure what the rim marks are, maybe caused when the blanks are stamped out from the sheets.

I agree with Nevol, on the reverse, tool marks from die polishing.
Looks lie a rim ding of some sorts.

i have 1 roll the same Rim attributes if it is a ding the coins will not have not the same dings
any other opinion for the rims?

Tool mark from polishing can repeat the same marks to other coins?
