Hi All!

Would like to get your opinion on these two especially on the one without reverse as struggling to find the same coin anywhere in the internet. Is it genuine error? and value of the coin? The other one is just missing ING IMP.

No obverse coin weight: 3.21 g
NO IND IMP coin weight: 5.65 g

IND:IMP was dropped from the obverse of all George VI coins from 1949, as the King was no longer Emperor of India. So a 1949 halfpenny without IND:IMP is the normal type.

The coin without a reverse looks like PMD (post-mint damage) to me - perhaps someone was trying to create a Magician's coin (make a compartment inside which they could slide a smaller coin). A halfpenny was never worth very much, but was comparatively large, so it leant itself to all sorts of destructive practices!
