I took a look at this coin after taking it home yesterday, and noticed a bit of notching on some letters, mainly in the IGWT. What do you guys think- is it a minor DDO or am I just seeing what I want to see? If it is, which one? I tried to ID it, but could only find pictures of a couple varieties for this date.

Anyways, I think its just a doubled working hub?

Looks pretty normal. The large images of just a few devices make it look larger than it is. Here is the FS-103 that shows that sometimes we look too hard:
