Does anybody specialize in PF ERROR COINS?

Please, tell me the absolute rarity scale designation would be for a coin like this, or any other information on PF ERROR rarity?

If it was struck through a cloth fiber, then it would make sense. Polishing cloths were used to polish the proof dies, and sometimes a fiber would come off and stick to the die, transfering to the first coin struck.

Grease is still possible, but not as likely. Anything else would be out of the ordinary.

The struck through is a 4.5mm round impression.
I don't know if this helps determine whether it is due to a cloth remnant, or grease...I would think grease wouldn't leave such a symmetric pattern?

Also, does your analysis imply that this would be a one-of for the die set?

Any idea how many die sets are used for a years proof strikes?

I often find proof coins with what I call struck through thread issues. What do I do with them, I put them back into the tubes.
