I don't have a trained eye or anything, but it really just looks to me like PMD.

This on looks like a DDR, but maybe a medium one. Did you check Variety Vista for their listings? They have 9 listed.

I wondered about 003 there? The markers might be a help. Check next to the devices to see if the die scratches have flattened. (I know it is hard on circulated examples, but maybe you will spot something?)

Coop thanks , I'll look in it later tonight , I just checked coppercoins and no luck with any of them.
