I found this in circulation. The bridge of Lincoln's nose is not there. Is this a "adjustment strike" (The date & lettering are fine...) or a polished die, or ? Thanks

An over-polished die I think. It's a pretty common place for it to show.

Yep. It's an overpolished die. Notice how much more faint the neck is as well as the lower right portion of Lincoln's coat. This is often done as a way to remove marks left on a die after a die clash.

Yes, the neck is very faint also.
Does it have any premium value?
I also discovered a wicked polished 1968-S
dime in one of my proof sets. The face and
hair details are extremely blurred..

Coins like this will carry no premium ,, polishing of the dies is part of the normal minting process .
