5c 1958 D/D - 003 Cw Rotation

I think this 1958 D 5C is an RPM. It seems as if there is a split in the lower serif. The closest match I could find was on CONCEA and was number 003. It might be a circulation hit? Thanks for the help.

It looks like there are splits on the top and bottom of the serifs. It is a RPM, but minor.

Depends. If they want to enlarge the number of RPMs and someone submits it, it might be. If it is too minor, they probably would tell you. I check in the CONECA book and noticed it was not there. (thus my response) But try to get a better image and send it to James Wiles (Variety Vista page) see what he thinks. Taking a second look at your images, they are not too bad. So you might send them in an email to him and see what he thinks.
