Found an interesting MM on this 1963 quarter, not likely an RPM, not likely PMD since the damage is concentrated to just the MM, so I assume damaged die? Thoughts?

Not a RPM. It looks like coin damage or a die chip on the mint mark. (which doesn't happen often) There is a contact mark on the branch above the mint mark.
