I think you are referring to the off center obverse? If so here is an explanation. An off center coin has both sides that are off struck. What you have is a Misaligned Die (Also known as a MAD). This means that the dies were not aligned correctly creating one side that is not centered while the other is. Yours is quite minor adding no significant value, but you can keep it and use it as a reference piece.

Very close to a collectable MAD. Even the weakness is there on the left side of the reverse. Devices right on rim.
