These photos don't have as much glare, so I hope it'll be easier to assess/confirm the grade. Based on the "homework" I did, I think it could be graded AU50. Am I right, or is it more of an EF40? Thanks.

My personal opinion is around XF40.

Agree probably closer to EF than AU. The large obverse pic seems to suggest some sort of cleaning.

well you should probably change the title to 2.5 eagle instead of quarter since that definitely isn't a quarter denomination. but that is a nice looking gold indian you have there.
