I am thinking xf45/au50. Has toned luster appears original. Took in non natural light if it appears off...I bought a large lot of coins and when looking it over I mixed it with other 90% halves. I paid a grand total of $5 for this!!!!!!

Looks EF-40. I see no luster. But for $5, I wouldn't complain!

AU-50 sharpness, unable to assess surfaces.

XF-45, possibly details. Can you take new pics with less lighting shining directly?

I'll try. I don't believe it's a details coin. If it was cleaned it has been retoned over.

XF 40 to 45. All depends on what the surfaces look like in hand.

Better pics in natural light. Thoughts now?

Looks off center on the obverse now. Weird toning around the devices, too.

Questionable authenticity until it gets slabbed.
