Stranger than fiction: about 15 minutes after reading about NDCENT's find and seeing Coop's pic I found this guy. I guess NDCENT inspired me. What do you think, is it a 1946-inverted "S", Die #1?

I would agree that this is the 1946 inverted S die number 1. Nice find & quite ironic!

It's weird because it looks like an exact match but your MM looks just slightly lower than die #1's? Could their be a 3rd die? Definitely inverted tho nice find and that's crazy you found it right after congrats!
