This is an 1804 Draped Bust Half Cent in an NGC holder. Attributed on the holder as a C-13, this is the plain 4 / no stems variety. How do you think NGC graded this coin? Obverse F15, Reverse VF20. no major issues. obverse a little weak on the strike but I would conservatively call it F15 overall.

I just purchased a very similar coin that was graded VG8, but I think yours has slightly less wear and I will guess it graded at F12

My grade is Fine -12. Their grade is probably VF-20.

NGC gave it a rather conservative Very Good 8.
