Hello. I am building a collection of select business strike modern commem dollars. This one has some character, and I may buy it, but I can't tell if this is really a proof like the description or if it is actually a business strike. Both were "P" mint for this issue. Thoughts? Thank you.

To me it does not look like a proof version.

That is a business strike(Uncirculated) but you may want to look for a nicer example, I see some scattered hairlines and fingerprints.

I agree, not a proof ... business strike (UNC)

This one does not look like it has been cared for very well.

If I was buying this one .. I would want to be close to
melt/spot price.
