Have been a coin collector for a long time. US, and foreign. Right now I am looking for values on some of my coin/medal/tokens. The coin shown I did some research on, but I wasn't able to use google translate on the info I found.

This will at least help by giving a value and catalog number:

Always keep in mind that catalog values usually run higher than what you could expect from an auction.

Thanks jbuck for moving the post, and thanks Finn235 for the great info.

I have 2 coins, but one is medium size and the other is small. They both seem to have the same markings.

Thanks again!

@warren, your coin has a denomination of 16 skilling. Is it possible that your other, smaller coin with the same design is a 4 skilling?

Thanks spence,

Yes the small coin has the same markings of the larger, but very tight (scrunched up). Looks the same. Will try for a photo tomorrow.

Here is the smaller coin. Didn't think to put a ruler down when taking the picture.

This is a great pair of coins! Your smaller coin is a 4 skilling. Look for the Roman numerals.
