I might have found a minor DDR on a 2016 quarter. One of the first four I have gotten. It shows where the hill and his arm/coat intersects.

Opinions?

If this is a DDR, it would be pretty minor. It might be a polishing mark from a clash? You might submit better images to John Wexler. (the glare is a little bright in your images.

I don't believe that it is a polishing mark. It looks very similar to many of the more minor Homestead doubled dies. I will attempt to take better pictures later tonight as I don't have access to the coin right now. (At school)

The first one is the better one. John might be able to see what your talking about with that image. You can send him my image to show the location if you wish.

John is going to list it as 2016 25c KY WDDR-002! Also said that he's going to feature it in a Coin World column in July, one day before my 16th birthday!

Nice CoinCollector2000! I almost didnt recognize this was your post with your new avatar!

Wow, 2 CCFers in 2 years found 2 new $0.25 DDRs!

Coincidence? I think NOT!

I like the new quarters. I'm really looking forward to the Harper's Ferry one. It gives me the feeling that it will have some nice doubled dies because the design is related, though not exactly, to the Homestead design.

My avatar is the 1986 Die Clash I found in my best box ever. I pulled two 1994-1DER-023T Stage B Top 5 Trail Dies out of it as well. I hope I get another one like that.

I think that there has been just a few more than "Wow, 2 CCFers in 2 years found 2 new $0.25 DDRs!". It would be interesting to know how many. Still Lookin.

well, still lookin, I should have said "discovered" instead of "found"...

Tweak discovered like 2 or 3 DDRs on the 2015 Homestead Quarter,
and now CoinCollector2000 has discovered 2016 CG DDR!

That is what I meant as well. I just checked the quarters that I have submitted. I counted 17 in the last year on quarters to Wexler alone. I have not submitted until I have at least for or five of each example before I send them to John. That way I can sell at least a couple and get my money back. Still Lookin
