1946-S LWC MMS-006? Confirm?

I think this is MMS-006. Can anyone confirm? MMS-006 is rated "Scarce". It is the first one I have found so it kinda seems a bit more than scarce to me! Am I the only one who would keep something like this (and in such a low grade, too)?

That is a MMS-006. Better in higher grades for collectors.
