I hope members are not getting tired of my post. I have been buying a little silver each week, to put into my silver treasure chest. I have been seeing some recent threads on CCF about toned Morgan's, so I found a couple online and they came this week. First one 1882 CC GSA Because of the toning, it was sold in the lower GSA holder. It has a sort of golden tone on the obverse, with a white reverse. This is my second 1882 CC GSA , but it does fit into my GSA box. Next up 1904 O PCGS Edited by GR58 05/07/2016 07:23 am

I am really bad at taking pictures of coins in slabs. More bad for coins with toning This Morgan has sort of a green blue toning on the obverse, with white reverse.

Of course I had I had to pick up a little silver for my small treasure box. I did a quick count today, 272 silver coins. Just adding them in my head .. from stacks ... approaching 100oz of silver.

Quote: Yer going to need a bigger safe GR58 needs to look for a building with a bank vault. I've seen a few historic buildings, with large bank vaults, up for sale in my city and have thought that they would be perfect for a coin collector's dream house.

Y'all really got me thinking.... I am having SSP ....... Safe Storage Problems. Two safes. ...no space. And bank Security box. Sometime in the future we plan to move. I hope to find a house where I can build a safe room. Or move to where my father lives. He has a bank that let's him rent all the large bank boxes he wants. He has seven so far. I might feel better about going on vacation if most of my better coins were in a bank. ------------------------ TMCD75 .... Sounds like we like some of he same coins .... When I saw the 2oz Libertad, I knew I had to have it.

Nice coins. One of my local dealers was selling those toned GSA Morgans at AU prices since GSA had "graded" them as such. Got a few great deals - I think the one I bought is MS-65 but haven't submitted it yet.

One of my other ones like this was sent in and graded MS 63. I like the toning on this one. I think it would also grade MS 63.

Nice additions GR! I've never seen the multi-GSA boxes, how many does it actually hold?
