CCF members at the May meeting of the Elgin Coin Club. Hello There, Buddy, and Colhand.  Those guys are really tall. I'm nearly 5'8" and as you can see, I'm one step up .... Colhand is the past president of the club and I've known him for years. It was great to meet Hello There. It took him nearly an hour to get to the meeting and I'm really glad he made the trip. |

Jack - here's a link to the club's site. It looks like your info. is correct. http://www.worksandwords.com/coins/ecc/85 miles sounds like a long drive -- but it would be great if you could visit. I'd avoid the Jane Addams tollway (formerly known as the Northwest tollway) as it's under construction. There have been two fatal accidents there already. People are saying that it's 'confusing'. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. (sick cat, new cable/internet provider, etc.) |

Please do! A regular meeting is scheduled for June and the July meeting is our annual picnic -- it's mostly indoors. |

I have to drive 75 miles out of my way to avoid downtown Chicago to go through Rockford to get to I-55 whenever I go down south. I will definitely try to make it to your June meeting.
