I bought a new item on ebay, used it for a week and didn't like several things, so I returned it within the 14 day return policy offered by the seller. Upon receiving the returned item, the seller says that one of the parts no longer works. Long story short, I received a 100% refund. It now appears that the seller is selling the item as new, unused, unregistered, with the wrapping being removed form 2 parts. I used this item and registered it. It is not new. And the part that did not work, all of a sudden now works? Question is: should I just ignore this misrepresentation,, or inform ebay and the seller?

Leave appropriate "Feedback" along with more appropriate "Followup Feedback" if necessary.

ebay is ebay and it's a free for all, Wild West show and buyer beware all rolled into one!

Maybe he fixed it, maybe its a second product that is unused. What business is it of yours anyway?

Thanks Andrew99. I felt the need (my business) to inform, so a buyer wouldn't get a used item they thought was new. I am from the school of helping, not "buyer beware". BTW, same serial # as the one I returned.

westernsky, I am not able to leave feedback now, as I have returned the item. "Buyer beware" all rolled into one-good comment!
