Seller Has Relisted "brand New, Unused, Unregistered. Removed Wrappers.

Ham1947 Pillar of the Community United States 1298 Posts	Posted 05/09/2016 07:37 am I bought a new item on ebay, used it for a week and didn't like several things, so I returned it within the 14 day return policy offered by the seller. Upon receiving the returned item, the seller says that one of the parts no longer works. Long story short, I received a 100% refund. It now appears that the seller is selling the item as new, unused, unregistered, with the wrapping being removed form 2 parts. I used this item and registered it. It is not new. And the part that did not work, all of a sudden now works? Question is: should I just ignore this misrepresentation,, or inform ebay and the seller? Report this Post to the Staff
