After the 1961D was not number 33 I was a bit hesitant with all the coins and decided to go back through them. These both do not seem as the listings and do not have the die markers. Thanks for the help,

I feel this is not the right die number for your coin.

The location on the mint marks are totally different. So no for sure on this one.

Thanks coop. I didn't think either of these were right. I am going to contact the seller and ask for a refund I guess.

I would. I once bought off from an ebay seller 8 RPMs. His claims that he was 'da dee da" gave me hope that you would be correct. So he had me send them back. I sent them off and he said he never received them back. Asked if I had insurance on them? I asked why would I insure 8 cents. So the final tally. I received nothing and was out $35. So I gave him one negative. He was all bent out of shape about it. So I asked him: Do you want seven more? Never heard from him again. Hopefully you come out better on your purchase. So now I buy from just some sellers and only if they have images that I can overlay and check to make sure they are the right die number for the coins I was sold.
Rest in Peace
