This Weeks Change 1987 D Lincoln Cent Is This A Double Date?

The date looks like it could be slightly doubled....but my bad eyes cant confirm it. I know it is in bad condition, but if it is doubled then it makes it my 1st error find in a Lincoln Cent. is the date doubled? looks like it could be in the 87 on the right side and possibly the MM as well.
