I am not an expert, but in my opinion you only start getting a premium at 4 0s leading. That and the condition of this note would make it a "keep if you like it, but wouldn't be a profitable sale."

Nothing terribly special. 13M run, which, while relatively low, is still a lot of notes.

So while the three 0's and the X are cool, spend it. And remember that condition is very important but even if this were crisp (which it is not), it would be worth $1, IMO.

Nothing special comes to mind, except it is unusual for any block to as deep as the "X" suffix. Normally the Atlanta and San Francisco districts have the most blocks printed, and the last time I saw San Francisco (L) go almost that deep was series 1999 when they got to L-W.

A San Fran note with the letter X was my major concern.
