Nothing jumps out as fake ... if you have the coin in hand try some straight on photos in less glaring light. The color, if indeed recolored, I would wonder why bother with this Cent too.... but could be someone wanted to attain a uniform color in an album...and then they polished it to 'spruce it up' a bit.....
