It's back with improved photos (but still not good photos). Does anyone think this is genuine? I don't think the mint mark matches any genuine position.

You're correct nss-52! That is not a genuine position for a 1909-S! The S's top tip should line up with the bottom tip of the two 9's in the date. Here it's like they connect, and that is not genuine. The 1909 VDB I reported is still the same fake: date too close to the rim and the tip of the date doesn't line up with bottom tip of Lincoln's bow tie.
