I'm no expert grading these, for sure. The pics appear flat, but assuming there is good luster, I would guess 64 or better. No less than 58 in any event.

 to the CCF. The photos are short of light and the reverse photo is very small .... sort of my caveats for the following opinion ... Clean fields and lack of obvious circulation rub (see above caveats) make this likely MS64 range. Nice example of a truly historical classic silver commemorative. David

Few marks with nice clean fields pluse attractive color, ms 65 to me. I still need an example of this for my set still.

Compare yours to this one, which PCGS graded MS-64. The color on your coin is interesting, but it looks a bit "flat." In other words the luster is either impaired or hidden under thick toning by the looks of the picture.  These coins did have some "fire" and "life" to them when they were minted.
