Not sure on this one, possibly a RPM, maybe more of a MD since there looks to be MD on the date..
Thoughts?

The bottom of the dates digits and the mint mark show the MD in the same direction. Just machine damage. Sorry

Usually a RPM and date will seldom show the same doubling in the same direction. That goes for hub doubling and RPMs. I can't think of any pre 1989 coins that show the same direction. On post 1990 coins you can find the hub doubling on the mint mark and devices in the same direction as they were both on the hub. I can only think if one year so far that shows this:
1995D-1DO-001
1973-S---Mintmark-RPM-Or?
Then they are called a doubled die. No RPMs after 1989.

I kind of thought so. I am getting better at reading the coins. I had to look at the date in a different light (sideways) to see the MD on the date that followed the same pattern.
