1996 D, possible DDR, Abe's got some large look'n knees. Checking date it looks close to the 004 of CC's

I don't see the tilted column remnants the 004 has.

Hi Coinmasters, correct, only the date is close and not a match. Abe looks like a skeleton top with lymph edema arms and legs...maybe that's common for this years mint? I've found a few others close but not this inflated extremities.

You have to remember, Abe has been sitting there a long, long time. May have something to do with blood flow to his legs.
