I read filled letters were commom among early cents (especially mint marks) but hadnt seen wether the mint had done anything to try and fix that problem making any later dates rare. Anyway you will see the 9 is an 88 and the p is a 93. Thanks in advance
None of them are "rare", and none of them have much - if any - general numismatic value or interest. They are less common after the single squeeze technique came into play (1997).
