I think NGC has had a rainy day, because I think they were VERY strict on all my morgans. However this got 64.. Which is kinda a bummer..

For me this one was literally a 64.995 it is about as close as you can possibly get to MS-65 without crossing the line. Cheek just a touch too busy.
