I can't tell because the image is too small.

I'm sure you tried hard to get a good picture. Just can't see detail to say. If the extended area is flat then it is probably Machine Doubling. Kind of fun to look at until you see it so much.

Maybe this will help. It was in my Lincoln Proof Set Collection, the image is at 4x. I don't really know where to go to get/use a real microscope to get better quality pictures. I do appreciate your help, and thank you again.
