Looks like a close but need to see the rest of the coin some close ones have a small gap so you need to look at other diagnostics

The location of the 'M' is the determining factor. Centered = Wide AM. Uncentered = Close AM.

Gotta look at the A in STATES and the fg beside the memorial. A will not favor either t on a wide. FG will be noticeably closer to the memorial on a wide.
