I recently bought this one. More common variety than the 1814, but it fits in "looks wise" with my set. Opinions? Edited by jpbone 05/26/2016 9:03 pm

VG10. jpbone...are you putting a set of CBD's together? How far along are you?

@Connor, I am a scatter shooter. I collect all classic US coins minted for circulation (excluding gold). I have a date set going of the capped bust dimes. I'm down to the difficult dates. 1809, 1811, and 1822. These three dates are basically the set. The rest are relatively easy. The 1814 was not super easy. The 1823 I just bought was an upgrade and a different variety. Capped bust coins are a favorite of mine. Especially the quarters.

I think it could make VG-10.

I have one in much the same condition; they're attractive in these grades.
