Geta-Or-Phillip-II-?-You-Decide

This is one of my first ancients when I started collecting a few years ago! I know that this coin was minted in Heliopolis from the reference on wildwinds but I can't seem to decide if it is the portrait of Phillip II or Geta!

The reverse indicates that it is attributed to Geta due to the style of the wreath, aquilae and what seems to be a sun-like figure (the dots on top of the aquilae). However, the obverse shows a portraiture style that would be seen on a Phillip II provincial coin. Any help would be appreciated and thanks again!
