The first has no name and is on p 283 of the 2011, 65th Charlton. The last one is a DP#4, p 280 of the 2011 Charlton. I wasn't sure where one coin photo ended and the next began.

The first coin is Haxby PC59-101 as Don suggested. The die cracks on the reverse match up to that.
The second coin does not appear to have some obverse features that PC59-232 (23+E25a) (DP #4) would have. The A of VICTORIA, the G of GRATIA and the A of REGINA would have some repunching (look at the Haxby catalog page for obverse 23).
I'm not sure yet which variety it is. I'll keep checking. Can you give us another good photo of the reverse?
The second coin may also be PC59-101. Just an earlier state without the reverse die cracks, and a little more wear than the first coin. There is a nice cracked planchet on it however.

I agree with you on the second one it doesn't have the proper reverse either to be the #4 the 5 isn't re punched enough and no die crack at leaf 7

In my opinion, they are both PC59-101. Just different die states and different amount of wear. The repunching on the 9, the stem to leaf 9, and the repunching of the G of REGINA are the main points that lead me to that opinion.
Sometimes it is hard to attribute a coin from photos, but that is my best guess.

Even if the second coin has 9 both loops more extended to bottom then the first coin and the first coin has more doubblings all arround the clock compare with the second coins has a little double G in regina. The 9 of the second coin look a way more like the 9 in the dp4 but without the dp4 markers , Big enigma here

You can never be totally sure of using any Obverse markers to identify an 1859 reverse. The reverse has to speak for itself.
