It is a VAM-28 if you are interested, to the best of my knowledge (cracks match and the O is medium size, high, and left); if you see die polish lines in the gap between the eagle's left wing and its neck, with some rust dots above the polishing lines, that would be a diagnostic; I think I see them on your coin.
