Was wondering on the grade this could receive,also authenticity. It weighs in between 26.3 and 26.8 , also rings like a bell when dropped, does not stick to magnets.The silver shine concerns me. Please tell me about this.

Polished , probably was in an old belt buckle. The type that were very popular in Texas and the SW part of the States.

Coin is better than XF40. I'd say XF45 or even AU50 details.
