This VAM is VAM 4B (LDS+ of 4), easily recognized by the "spike" of metal at the outer left of the bottom loop of the first 8 and the die break/die chip at the top of E in AMERICA. This is a very scarce VAM (R6). Nice score and not often seen "in the wild" -- congrats!
