But it might be a dupondius - it depends on the size. I think I also see a "CA" at just below 9 o'clock, and maybe an "IMPT" at 7 o'clock? Would this make the obverse legend some like: IMP T AEL CAES HADR ANTONINVS AVG PIVS?
